Why I’m torn on this
The location was outstanding—right on the beach, and the snorkeling experience was a delight! ! Staff were exceptionally attentive, creating a truly welcoming atmosphere.
While the restaurant provided good meals, options felt somewhat limited for multiple days, and New Year's Eve festivities disrupted the serene vibe.

We had a fantastic stay in a huge villa with a private pool, perfect for our family. The snorkeling at the nearby artificial reef was thrilling, but the breakfast could use more variety.

The beach access provided great snorkeling opportunities right off the shore, and the spacious grounds kept a low-key, idyllic vibe perfect for relaxation.
The Grand Deluxe Bungalow's decor looked a bit dated compared to the promotional photos, and cleanliness could be improved, as we found some spots less than pristine. During our stay, there was also a frustrating lack of hand towels, and the door to our room didn’t close properly, leaving a noticeable gap. A roaming gecko in the room added an unexpected twist, but that’s just how it goes in the tropics.

The Grand Deluxe Bungalow offered a beautifully designed space with an outdoor bathroom that made me feel connected to nature. Each morning, the homemade sweets served during breakfast were a delightful surprise that added a special touch to my stay. some beach areas needed more attention regarding cleanliness, and the dining options could feel a bit limited for longer stays. while the staff were generally wonderful, there were moments when service felt a bit slower than expected.

A relaxing escape with beautiful surroundings
I had a wonderful time in a spacious Beach Front Suite, enjoying the seamless blend of nature and luxury. The outdoor bathroom was unique, and lounging on the porch with a view of the bay was the highlight of my stay. The beachfront access allowed for great snorkeling right off the shore. it would be nice if the hotel could look into maintaining the beach cleanliness more diligently.
